Interview

Went to the interview! It was ok. They said they'd call me back in a few weeks to let me know either way and possibly for a second interview. The person they are replacing doesn't leave until August, that's when they'll hire someone new. They told me I was in the top 5 choices, but, my salary would be $6.50/hr. Bleh. Oh well, it IS a job, even if it's $3.50 below what my previous one paid.Went on-duty on Furcadia, blahblah, stayed on too long and got bombarded, started getting stressed so I had to disconnect.Looks like NamelessRO Sunrise server is back offline, UGH. And they were in the top 3 servers? Ya ok, whatev'. I'll probably be looking for a new one soon because it's aggravating not getting to play. I still wish I could play WoW, woe is me and my money problems. :p Soon, my precious, soon.

Wait, this interview... is this for the EB? Only starting you off at $6.50?! This must be due to the GameStop buy out, they used to start at something like $7.50 or $8.00. Heh, I hope you get the job. I'll finally know someone else on the net who works a game job. You know if you land it you can get a badge into E3?

What's the stats on those? xp/drop rate/etc?I like something accelerated but not so much that it gets dull.Things to customise myself are a plus (extended hair/clothing palettes).Anything would be better than Nameless at this point, their non-cheat server hardly stays up at all. I say non-cheat because the other one is some ungodly 1000x.

Yeah I know, $6.50 an hour when they only have roughly 5 employees in the store at any given time. I was pretty shocked too, cause on the application I put $7.50 as the desired wage.I didn't ask about E3 but that would ROCK. Not like with the $6.50/hr paycheck that I could actually afford to go. :p~ But it is money and it would get us out of debt. I wish I could have gone to the last E3, Blizzard had some huge dealie going on there.Ultimately, working for Blizzard would be my dream job. Always has been. Possibly always will be.

I couldn't find the exact rates, but on dRO it's something like 5/5/7 or 5/8/10. Not too sure but it's tough enough to keep you interested but not so tough that you can't level decently quick. aeRO apparently lets you choose between 5x/30x/500x/2000x. Their site is currently down though, so I can't get you the latest info.

I heard that what was shown by Blizzard wasn't that big a deal. What was it that they were showing? I know people were expecting it to be the expansion.Best part about the whole E3 deal is that if you register early it's free, you just have to pay your way there. If you stay at one of their recommended hotels they even provide a shuttle service to get you there and back.
